Dale Thomas is originally from the tiny island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. His family relocated to Cary in 1994 and he has been a Triangle resident ever since. He got his start in real estate the summer after his first year of law school while interning with a local law firm. After law school he began a broad practice which included criminal defense work, civil litigation and real estate before focusing solely on real estate matters.
Dale currently works with clients on residential and commercial closing transactions, and also assists clients who are dealing with complex title related issues. He has carved out a niche representing investor clients and helping them with their unique needs. He has built a reputation for being very detail oriented in his practice and prides himself in being relatable and approachable to clients. He is truly a people person and enjoys learning about his clients and their backgrounds. Dale likes to say that his claim to fame as an attorney is that he has handled real estate transactions in all hundred of the North Carolina counties.
When Dale is not hard at work he can be found traveling with family and friends back to the Virgin Islands and to other destinations worldwide, playing poker, or searching for new trending food spots. He is an adoring father to his two children, Tripp and Dylan.
